Alright, you take a bowl of fresh white rice, top it off with some fresh fish, salmon or tuna, throw on some edamame, sliced cucumber, pickled ginger, furikake, and if you’re like me, top it all off with some spicy mayo & soy sauce. You’ve got yourself a delicious poke bowl! After that, throw a poke trailer behind a Tesla and drop it in the middle of Bozeman, Montana. You’ve got Electric Poke, the brainchild of Chris McGee. Chris had the idea & asked me to bring it to life visually, and the result was something as fun and fresh as the food he slings out of the trailer behind his Tesla.
