Break Time is a convenience store chain with 76 locations across Arkansas and Missouri. During my time at GS&F, they approaced us for a rebrand, in hopes of elevating their current brand to a more modern and fresh look. Break Time is owned by MFA Oil, a farmer owned co-op, and their previous brand reflected that. We wanted to create a brand that stood on its own, and spoke to the key points that set Break Time apart from any other convenience store.

 

 

Break Time’s core belief is “It only takes a moment to change someone’s day.”, and we wanted to build a brand around that idea. The mark represents forward-progress, motion, and odd enough, a hummingbird mid-flight.
